Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all suburbs within Western Sydney and the Sydney metro area!

If you require delivery to a postcode outside of our delivery area, please send us an email to discuss a special delivery. Additional fees apply.

Monday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm.​​

is there an option to PICK-UP  my order?

Unfortunately we don't offer an option to pick-up at this time.

Can I customise my order?

Absolutely! Each donut bouquet comes with an option to select additional chocolates and candy to add to your order, helping you create the perfect bouquet.

For further customisations (colour themes, candy and donut flavours), please send an email to info@dochiedonuts.com and we will work with you to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. Please note, these customisations are not available for next day delivery and require a minimum 48hrs notice. Additional fees apply.

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE? 

Due to a high volume of deliveries, we are unable to confirm exactly what time of day your order will arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience!

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?

If no one is home to receive the order, we'll leave it in a safe place.

If you have somewhere specific you would like the order left, please indicate this in the delivery instructions of your order and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Can I change the address on my order?​

A change of address is possible for all orders up to 48hrs prior to the selected  delivery date. Updating an address is not possible on orders that are already prepared, dispatched, or in transit. For health & safety reasons we are unable to retrieve orders from an incorrect address if they have already been delivered. ​​

I NEED TO Cancel my order, how do I do this?

That's ok! Just email your order number and cancelation request to info@dochiedonuts.com within 48hrs of the scheduled delivery date.

Please note, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged. 

Money will be refunded less this fee.

Any cancelations after 48hrs will not be accepted.

HOW LONG WILL MY DONUTS STAY FRESH? 

We recommend eating your donuts within 24hrs of delivery. Make sure to place the donuts in an air-tight container to keep them as fresh as possible.
